Size Not Found

When we release new products and sizes, you may need to update your software to find the size or product you purchased.

Here is how to do this:

1. Open the software and click new.

2. Click on the 'Check For Updates' button.

3. Select your product or size from the list and click 'Install'

4. Click the Finish button to complete the update.

Some of our products are only available in our Online Designer, not the software.

To design online, head to www.photobookshop.com.au, select your product from the main menu and begin creating.

It is important that you select the same size as your voucher when you begin creating your order. If you choose a smaller size than your voucher is valid for, the checkout page will not pick up that the product and the voucher is a different size and the order will go through. We then make the size that you have ordered, not the size your voucher is valid for.
